New Year’s Resolutions: Ground to Set Them, Motivate to Get Them

While there’s nothing that says we must set New Year’s Resolutions, many people find them to be a meaningful tradition. New Year’s Resolutions represent a commitment to becoming better versions of ourselves. If you’re doing New Year’s Resolutions this year, then I have some resources to share that may be helpful to you.

Last year, I created two comprehensive blog posts about psychology informed tips for setting and achieving New Year’s Resolutions or personal goals any time of the year. Both blog posts are still quite relevant as we ring in 2023 and can be found by using the below links:

This year, I updated two mindfulness meditation videos on the topic of New Year’s Resolutions with new audio and visuals. This first mindfulness meditation video is all about getting grounded prior to setting your New Year’s Resolutions. The second video focuses on staying motivated to make progress on your goals for 2023. Below you will find both of these mindfulness meditation videos.

I hope these resources support you on your journey of change for 2023! Happy New Year!
