Weekly for 45 minutes-1 hour, $200

A note about health insurance

The practice operates on an exclusively self-pay/private pay basis and does not directly accept health insurance. The practice may be considered an out-of-network provider for those who wish to seek reimbursement directly from their health insurance company or other flexible healthcare benefits. The practice will supply a superbill receipt following payment of services for those who wish to explore such options.
